Betfair Trading is the process of backing a runner in the hope that the price will come down, and you'll therefore be able to lay off the bet later and lock in a profit or "go green" later.
When I was watching the "Britain's Got Talent" final last year I noticed that most acts were getting backed whilst they were on-stage, and therefore their price was dropping.
Last night it looked like the same process was occurring. Unfortunately, when I put my money where my mouth is the Act bombed and I was left holding the baby, along with a £15 loss!
Regular Betfair betting has gone well this month though - just short of £300 profit.
