The Fast Diet - Make Money

   The Fast Diet is becoming a bit of a runaway success. Last week this book sold twice as many as the book in second place. It has been at the top of the Amazon charts for quite a while, and many other titles in the Top Ten are spin-offs or "inspired by" The Fast Diet. It even has over 400 5 star reviews. Nice.

The Fast Diet: The Secret of Intermittent Fasting - Lose Weight, Stay Healthy, Live Longer

   I have a couple of points here. Firstly, note that the Fast Diet is nothing new. If you go on Youtube and search for intermittent fasting you'll find review videos going back to 2006. The authors of the Fast Diet have cashed in because they've tied it in with Dr Mosley's TV show last year. If you are on the ball next time you are watching TV and someone takes a different angle to weightloss then you could quickly open your laptop do a few hours research and knock a book/ ebook out in a couple of weeks.

   If you are not that quick to react then you could just wait for a book to get to number one and then ride on the success. Note that 70 ebooks have been added to the Kindle Store on the subject of Fasting in the last 90 days. Now I don't want to be too critical but I'm pretty sure that none of these will be up for any awards next year. Many of them will have been churned out - something we could do if we got our arse in gear.

   Have a look at the Fast Diet and assess how it was constructed. I've not read it yet but I'm assuming it is on the standard format. Happy selling.
