Dear Sir/ Madam,
Could I please initiate an official complaint against the CSA in regards to the handling of my case. I strongly feel that I have money stolen from me. I am suffering severe financial hardship due to this. At the moment I have lost 2 stone and have had to take time off work.
Please find my last letter to the CSA attached.
