Vue are Shit - this is their last chance

Seriously, I have used this website 3 times and handwritten once. If no-one comes back to me I'm going to have to take my complaint to the press or Watchdog. It is an utter disgrace!

    Vue have came back with possibly the worst customer service response ever. Basically they've said "tough tits". I'm going to keep on trying.
